
Robert Maulden is responsible for overall coordination of the acquisitions staff including marketing, underwriting, negotiating and closing tax credit acquisitions for JHRA. He is also responsible for administering the pre-closing and construction monitoring due diligence programs.
Prior to joining JHRA, Mr. Maulden served as Project Manager for the historic restoration of Jordan Hall at the New England Conservatory. In addition Mr. Maulden gained extensive experience in affordable and special needs housing as Project Architect for numerous public and quasi-public development entities in the greater Boston area.
Mr. Maulden received a B.A. degree in Architecture from University of Washington and a Master of Architecture from MIT. Mr. Maulden is a licensed architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Boston Society of Architects.
