
Tim Roseen oversees the Credit Team in the Real Estate Finance Group. His team of investment professionals reviews and approves all loan investment opportunities ensuring that the Company’s investment objectives are met. In addition, the Credit Team recommends and approves in conjunction with the Post-Closing Team all post-closing requests such as assumptions, transfers, loan extensions, etc.
Mr. Roseen joined John Hancock in 1982 as an accountant. In 1984 he joined the Real Estate Group working on the Group’s tax credit investment program. In 1986 he joined the newly formed Boston Regional Office originating and underwriting loans in the New England and Tri-State area. He rejoined the Home Office and worked on various teams originating and underwriting commercial loans for the company in both the portfolio and conduit loan programs. He also worked on the problem loan and special servicing team.
In April 2004 he was appointed to his current position as Assistant Vice President of Credit within the Real Estate Finance Group.
He holds a B.S.B.A. from Bryant University, Smithfield, Rhode Island.
