 Arthur Francis joined the John Hancock Real Estate Finance Group as Director of Closing Services in 1999. In April of 2000, he assumed additional responsibilities as the Director of Loan Administration. A graduate of John Hancock’s General Management Training Program and the John Hancock Executive Leadership Program, Mr. Francis has held several management positions throughout the Company.
In his current capacity, Mr. Francis oversees a staff of 20 people responsible for closing commercial loans, mortgage servicing and loan administration.
Mr. Francis received his B.A. from Framingham State College and his MBA from Western New England College. Mr. Francis holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Salesman license. In 2003, he completed a Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance from Boston University. In addition, he holds a Certificate in Pension Administration from Bentley College and has passed the NASD Series 6 & 26 License Exams.
